I had a great selling experience working with the Bast team. As an out-of-town seller I had to rely on them to take of all the local requirements and to communicate with me regularly about the sale process. The communication was excellent and the process easy, they gave me excellent advice around marketing and listing my property, and the sale was achieved quickly and above asking price. The close was fast and easy as well.

Painless process using Jeff and Stephanie. Their knowledge of the area and expertise resulted in my bid being the winning bid of multiple bids. From the time our bid was accepted the entire escrow period evolved seamlessly. We felt blessed to have them on our side throughout the process, communication was great. I highly recommend them!
