Stephanie found us the right house! My husband and I each had things we were looking for and Stephanie was able to find a house which fit. Stephanie was always available to answer our questions and to show us houses . Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the area and definitely has a good rapport with other agents. Stephanie Bast is a superhero negotiator, coordinator, communicator and encourager! We found the perfect home but our offer was declined at first. Stephanie urged us to list our home so we'd have leverage in an offer. Great showing advice on our home and it was in escrow in 3 days.
